Refund Policy: At Nails by Amanda, we are committed to providing high-quality nail services. Due to the artistic nature of our services, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nails! If you experience any issues with your service, please notify us within 3-7 days of your appointment. We will gladly make any necessary corrections free of charge during this period to ensure your satisfaction. 15 Minute Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive LATER than that, we will charge your card 50% of the service, as well as needing to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients! No Fee: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee 48 hour Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee No Call/No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full 100% of the service fee If you have any questions about this policy or need further clarification, feel free to ask!
